TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prices:
All prices stated are nett. No further discounts will be given unless otherwise stated. All prices stated are in SGD.

Payment:
Only payment through credit card (Visa or Master) or Paypal can be accepted. Payment must be made before delivery of goods.

Confirmation of orders:
An electronic acknowledgement will be sent within 24 hours upon successful submission of the order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Cancellation of orders:
A full refund will be given if the order is cancelled due to unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the given time frame.

No cancellations will be allowed once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Exchange & refunds:
Due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, all skincare items sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
